HCG DIET : WHAT TO EXPECT

PHASE 1

Phase 1 is the first 2 days of the diet. In this stage you are instructed to consume as much as possible. We like to believe it is a feast of food three times a day for two days straight. By the time the feast of food is over you're seated on the couch marveling why you ate so much. It's furthermore suggested you consume things that are high in fat and sugar. Think pastries, ice cream, French fries and all of the favorite foods we're habitually notified not to eat. In this stage of the diet it is not odd to gain a few pounds whereas that heaviness will go away inside the first few days of stage 2. PHASE 2

Lunch: 100 grams of veal, beef, chicken breast with no skin, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp. 1 Type of vegetable can be chosen from the following (1 Handful): Spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage. 1 Fruit can be chose from the following: Apple, orange, 1/2 grapefruit, or a handful of strawberries 1 Breadstick being either Melba Toast or Grissino Dinner:The same four choices as lunch This portion of the diet is followed for a minimum of 21 days up to 38 while on the hcg protocol. Including the 2 loading days this brings your total days on the shots or torche to 23-40 days. Any weight gained in the first two loading days from phase 1 is usually dropped within the first day or two on this phase.

 

PHASE 3

Phase 3 starts when you complete the hcg. The first 3 days of this stage you should extend the diet from stage 2 until the HCG is out of your system. After those 3 days are finished you swap to an Atkins method diet for the next 3 weeks. You're permitted to consume anything you desire as long as you stay away from carbohydrates and sugars. During this stage your metabolism is modifying and your aim is to set it for your new body weight. It's at this time your metabolism starts to work more effectively.

 

PHASE 4

Phase 4 of the diet is fundamentally the end. At this time you can gradually start supplementing back sugars, carbs, and the other diverse nourishment you enjoy. If there is still more weight you desire to lose you can start another cycle of HCG when you are 3 weeks into stage 4. It's that easy!
